摘要
针对杜儿坪矿开拓布局不能满足生产要求,提出3种优化改造方案。经分析比较,选用对现有井田开拓布局进行升级改造的方案。原轨道运输大巷改造成辅助运输巷,仅负责人员及物料运输,至改造工程结束后改为无轨胶轮车辅助运输。沿8号煤层顶板重新掘送胶带机大巷,在北一大巷口设计施工两个直径10 m、净高50 m的中转煤仓,中转煤仓上口北一胶带机大巷及下口北翼胶带机大巷各安设1部大功率高强度运煤皮带。工作面煤炭经两部皮带及中转煤仓直接运至原井底车场焦仓、动仓、掘仓。该改造充分利用了原有矿井开拓系统,投资小、见效快,同时解决了矿车运输系统运输能力小、不能连续运输的问题,为矿井集约化生产奠定了基础。
According to the development layout of Du'erping coal mine, three schemes for reconstruction are put forward. With careful analysis and comparison, the scheme of upgrading the existing mine field are selected. The original major track roadway is to be reconstructed into supplementary roadway which just responsible for personnel and material transport, while the reconstruction completed it will turn into trackless rubber tyred vehicle roadway. The other works including digging along the roof of No. 8 coal seam a new belt conveying roadway, at the start point of the North roadway, two bunker for coal transition with diameter 10 m and height 50 m are designed, on the top and the bottom of the transition station a conveyor belt system with large power are installed respectively. The raw coal is transported by two belts and transit coal bunkers to the original underground coal warehouse in shaft inset. The transformation takes full advantage of the original development system with small in investment, shorter in construction period, the problem of poor capacity and discontinuous in transportation are perfectly solved, and laid a good foundation for the intensive production in the coal mine.
