摘要
介绍了东曲矿选煤厂使用TBS干扰床分选机的分选工艺,阐述了TBS分选机的工作原理,通过计算可能偏差,数据检验计算入料可选性曲线评价TBS的应用效果。实践应用表明,该设备可有效分选1-0.25mm粒级粗煤泥,降低了进入浮选入料粒度上限,既节约了浮选药剂用量,又减轻了煤泥水系统的压力,提高了选煤厂最终精煤产量。
Introduces the separation technology of TBS interfering-bed separator at Dongqu coalmine preparation plant, describes the working principle of TBS separator, evaluates TBS application effect by calculating the possible deviation and feeding washability curve. Practice shows that the equipment can effectively sort 1-0. 25 mm granular coarse slime, reducing the upper size limit of material entering the flotation feeding system, not only saves the amount of flotation reagent, but also reduces the pressure in coal slime water system, and increases the fine coal production.
