王村选煤厂设计磁选机入料稳流箱的实用研究

摘要 为了提高王村选煤厂磁选机的磁选效果,降低介质消耗,实现节支降耗,降低企业的运营成本,对工程流体力学中层流和湍流流动的特点进行分析。由于该厂稀介泵给料量大,导致液体物料的流速变快后,给料箱内出现"翻花"现象,细颗粒磁性物来不及黏附在滚筒上,介质随尾矿流失严重。通过给磁选机的上料管和进料管之间安装稳流箱,将湍流转变成层流,保证了磁选机的均匀入料,提高了磁选机的磁选效果,使介质消耗由2.2 kg/t降低到1.4 kg/t. In order to improve the magnetic separation of magnetic separator in Wangcun Coal Preparation Plant, to reduce the medium consumption, to realize the energy saving and consumption reduction, and to reduce the operation cost of enterprises, the characteristics of laminar and turbulent flow in engineering fluid mechanics are introduced. Due to larger power in the feeding pump, the liquid material flows at a quicker speed, curs in the feeding box. The magnetic material getting lost with the tailing easily and the phenomenon of "boiling" ocbecause it does not have enough time to adsorb onto the drum. By installing a steady flow controlling box between the loading tube and the feeding tube of the magnetic separator, the turbulence is converted into laminar flow, which ensures the smooth feeding of the medium and improves the operation effect of the magnetic separator, reagent consumption reduced from 2. 2 kg/t to 1.4 kg/t.
