摘要
以塔山煤矿8204综放工作面为研究背景,分别从停采位置的确定、停采不放煤距离的确定、停采支护工艺的分析以及设备撤退等方面给出了石炭系特厚煤层条件下的综采工作面的停采方案。实践表明:该方案保证了工作面停采期间顶板的维护,加快了工作面的停采撤退速度,为今后类似条件下综放工作面的停采研究积累了宝贵经验,值得推广应用。
Taking 8204 fully mechanized caving face of Tashan coal mine as the research object, puts forward the stopping mining scheme for fully mechanized coal mining workface in carboniferous extra-thick coal seam under the conditions of location of stop-production, the distance of stopping coal caving, the support technology and the equipment withdrawal. The practice shows that this scheme can better ensure the maintenance of the roof during the stop mining and speed up the speed of withdrawing in the workface, which has accumulated valuable experience for the study of stopping mining in fully mechanized top coal caving mining face under similar conditions in the future and deserves to be popularized for further improvement.
