利用灰色关联分析猪肚菇中矿物元素含量与猪垫料用量的关系

摘要 用灰色关联分析猪肚菇子实体中矿物元素含量与猪垫料用量的关系,为今后添加猪垫料用量栽培矿物元素含量和产量高的猪肚菇提供科学依据。结果表明:在不同猪垫料用量下猪肚菇9号子实体中的6种矿物元素,Ca含量与猪垫料用量关联度最大,0.7907,关联度越大,相似程度就越高,说明猪垫料用量与矿物元素Ca含量的关系最为密切,其次是Cu含量,关联度最小的是K。猪垫料用量与矿物元素含量的关联度及排序为:20%>10%>50%>70%>30%>40%>60%>0%。其中20%处理关联度最大,为0.7775,0%处理关联度最小,为0.4530。说明猪垫料用量对猪肚菇9号子实体中各种矿物元素含量有一定效应。 The grey system theory was employed to analyze the relationships between trace elements contents and bedding addition in Panus giganteus No. 9 fruit body to provide scientific basis for producing edible and medicinal fungi. The results showed that the correlation degree of Ca content was 0. 7907, getting the biggest correlation degree with bedding addition, secondly was Cu content, the lowest was K. The cor- relation degree order of mineral elements contents and bedding addition was 20 % 〉 10 % 〉50 % 〉70 % 〉30 % 〉40 % 〉60 % 〉 0 %, among which, 20 % addition got the biggest correlation degree with the value of 0. 7775 while 0 % addition got the lowest correlation degree with the value of 0. 4530. It revealed that bedding addition had certain effects on mineral elements contents in Panus giganteus No. 9 fruit body.
