基于人工辅助的水文自动定线推流报汛软件研究与开发

摘要 为提高黄河水文水情报汛的技术水平,利用C#、SQL Server2005和.Net3.5开发了人工辅助定线推流报汛软件,改变了传统人工定线水文工作方式,建立了自动拟合与人工辅助相结合的交互方式拟定推流曲线的工作模式,实现了自动水情报汛,软件应用有助于提升黄河水文信息化水平。 For improving the technical level of water regime reporting of the Yellow river, the drawing hydrograph and calculating discharge flood reporting software with artificial supplementary is built based on the C#, SQL Server2005 and.Net3.5 softwares. The development of the software changes the traditional artificial drawing hydrograph working mode, builds an interactive working mode between the automatic matching and artificial supplementary to determine the discharge calculation hydrograph, and realizes the automatic water regime reporting.The application of the software is helpful for improving the hydrological informationization level of the Yellow river.
