基于投入产出角度的湛江市科技创新发展研究

The Study of Zhangjiang's Science and Technology Innovation Development Based on the Input-output Analysis

从科技创新推动湛江经济持续发展出发,以湛江市科技创新投入产出为视角,主要通过横向空间、纵向时间对湛江市科技创新发展情况作比较分析,认为湛江市科技创新发展取得一定成绩,但也存在基础条件薄弱、创新投入不足、新产出和绩效不高、企业创新能力不强、创新环境较差、整体创新水平较落后等问题,从体制机制、人才政策、资金投入、创新环境、产业体系完善等创新基础要素夯实上提出一些发展对策。

This paper takes promoting Zhanjiang＇s Economic and sustainable development as the point of departure. It makes comparative analysis of Zhanjiang＇s Science and technology innovation and development from the perspective of transverse space and longitudinal time,.,It is discovered that Zhangjiang has made some achievements, but there are also problems. For example, the basic condition is weak; the investment in innovation is inadequate; the innovation output and performance is not high; enterprises have a strong ability to innovate, the innovation environment is poor; the overall level of innovation is relatively backward. Finally, this paper puts forward some development countermeasures on the basis of institutional mechanism, talent policy, capital investment, innovation environment, and the improvement of the industrial system.
