摘要
现行的海事测绘数据种类繁多,各类数据在组织结构和空间引擎等因素上存在诸多差异,这些差异已经成为制约海事测绘技术发展的主要瓶颈。以天津港海事测绘数据为研究对象,研究CARIS HPD数据模型的定义规则和底层结构,分析CAD海事测绘数据的空间参考和组织规律,探索电子海图桌应用系统的数据组织结构,并基于ArcGIS转换多源异构的海事测绘数据,为多源海事测绘数据跨平台转换和应用提供理论基础和技术支持。
The types of marine surveying and mapping data are various. There are many differences among the various data types in factors of organization structure, storage way and spatial data engine, which have been important bottlenecks to restrict the development of marine surveying and mapping technology. Tianjin Port marine surveying and mapping data is used to study model definition rules and underlying structure of CARIS HPD data, the spatial reference and organization law of CAD data, organization structure of Electronic Chart Table application system data. Multi-source heterogeneous marine surveying and mapping data is transformed using ArcGIS. The theory and method of marine surveying and mapping multi-source data cross platform sharing and application are provided in this paper.
