抗生素对鸡粪厌氧发酵过程影响的实验研究 被引量:4

摘要 采用实验室批式厌氧发酵装置,在新鲜鸡粪中添加不同含量的抗生素后进行高温厌氧发酵实验,研究抗生素对鸡粪厌氧发酵过程的影响。结果表明:进行单因素实验时,低浓度抗生素的添加对发酵无明显抑制,总产气率变化不大;当土霉素和金霉素含量大于5mg·kg^(-1)、阿莫西林大于10mg·kg^(-1),总产气率下降。进行正交实验研究抗生素的联合抑制时,土霉素与金霉素对厌氧发酵的影响更为显著,最佳的因素水平组合为土霉素含量5mg·kg^(-1)、金霉素含量5mg·kg^(-1)、阿莫西林含量10mg·kg^(-1),此时抗生素对发酵影响最低。 Anaerobic fermentation device is used for high-temperature anaerobic fermentation experiments under different type of antibiotics with fresh fowl manure,and the impact of the antibiotics on anaerobic fermentation to produce biogas is studied in this paper. The results showed that the addition of low concentration of antibiotic has no obvious inhibition on fermentation and the total air rate changes little under the single factor experiments; when the content of oxytetracycline and chlorotetracycline for more than 5mg·kg^(-1),at the same time,the content of amoxicillin for 10mg·kg^(-1),the total air rate decrease. Batch tests based on orthogonal test were adopted. Oxytetracycline,chlorotetracycline,amoxicillin which were the mostly common antibiotocs used in the treatment of chicken disease were chosen in the experiment. The results showed that the menthane production rate was affected mostly by the combination of 5mg·kg^(-1)of oxytetracycline,5mg·kg^(-1)of chlorotetracycline 10mg·kg^(-1)of amoxicillin.
