摘要
铸型是铸造行业的主要内容,其质量好坏直接关乎产品质量,也会增加生产机器损耗。金属件铸型数控加工是一项专业性很强的工作,涉及诸多技术性内容,使加工过程比较复杂且技术难度较大,对生产企业提出了较高的要求。本文对无模化铸型加工制造技术进行分析,并对金属件铸型数控加工方法进行论述,及时完成单件小批次金属件快速制造工作,推进金属件铸型数控加工制造技术的发展。
Casting is the main content in casting industry,its quality is directly related to the quality of the products,and will produce the loss of the production machine. The metal casting mould numerical control processing is a highly professional work with many technical contents,which puts forward higher requirements on the production of enterprises.This paper analyzes the non-modular mold manufacturing technology and discusses the processing method of mold NC metal parts,which can make timely completion of a single small batch metal parts manufacturing work and promote the development of metal casting CNC machining technology.
