生源结构多样化背景下高职学生精细化管理模式探索

Exploration on meticulous management model of higher vocational students under the background of diversified structure of students

现阶段,很多高职院校在学生管理方面仍采用传统的管理方式,使学生管理工作的开展受到很大限制,原因在于学生个性化需求得不到满足,学生潜能得不到有效发挥,因此,高职院校要积极转变学生管理方式,实行精细化管理,最大限度满足学生的个性化需求,充分挖掘学生潜能,提高学生的就业能力。本文对生源结构多样化背景下高职院校学生管理模式进行分析,旨在促进高职院校学生管理水平的提高和自身的稳定发展。

At present,many vocational colleges still adopt the traditional management mode,so the management of students is restricted greatly. The reason is that the students＇ individual needs are not met,the students＇ potentials are not effectively played. Therefore,vocational colleges should actively change the management of students,implement meticulous management to maximum the individual needs of students,and fully tap the potential of students,improve students＇ employability. This paper analyzes the management mode of students in higher vocational colleges under the background of diversification of students＇ structure,and aims to promote the improvement of students＇ management level and their own stable development.
