摘要
研究以汽车零部件研发项目管理的实际层面呈现为平台,对汽车零部件研发项目管理存在的问题展开了列举、分析和思考,提供了建立强化汽车零部件研发项目管理的认知与共识,处理好汽车零部件研发项目管理的关键问题,完善汽车零部件研发项目管理的流程等对策,希望对汽车零部件研发工作中更好地进行项目管理,提升汽车企业管理和经济效益有所启发。
In this paper,the research on the actual level of RD project management of auto parts is taken as a platform. The problems in RD project management of automobile parts are listed,analyzed and pondered,measures of establishing cognition and consensus of RD project management, dealing with the key issues of RD project management of auto parts and improving the process of RD project management of auto parts,hoping to provide a reference for better project management of auto parts and enhancing economic benefits of automobile enterprises.
