广东省普通高校本科专业设置与建设研究

Research on the Setting and Construction of Undergraduate Specialty in Guangdong Province

目前,广东省高校本科专业设置顺应了广东高等教育发展的需要,基本满足了广东省经济社会发展对人才的需求,涌现了一批就业率高、办学水平高的专业。但是,也存在专业重复设置现象严重,低成本专业增长快及专业结构与产业结构对接不紧,不能很好地适应经济社会发展的要求等问题。解决这些问题的思路是从对接经济社会发展需要出发,优化和调整专业布局结构;落实专业设置自主权,兼顾专业设置的宏观调控、市场引导和高校自主相协同;建立统筹管理机制,兼顾专业设置的内涵建设、专业评估、预警退出相协同。

At present, the undergraduate specialties setting of Guangdong province complies with the development of Guangdong higher education, and it also basically satisfies the talent demand for the development of Guangdong economy and society. A number of majors emerged with high employment rate and high educational quality, however,there are problems exist： specialties setting duplicates seriously,low-cost specialties grow fast,the structure of specialties and industries joints loosely,and the specialties cannot adapt to economic and social development. Based on the above,this paper proposes the following solution thinking：optimizing and adjusting the structure of specialties＇ layout from serving for the economic and social development; implementing specialties setting autonomy and taking the macroeconomic control into account;coordinating market guidance and universities autonomy; establishing the integrated management mechanism by considering connotation construction,professional assessment,early warning and withdrawing.
