基于新政策背景的退耕还林精准化作业设计——以汉滨区为例

Accurate Operation Design for Land Conversion Project Based on the New Policy Background

以汉滨区2014年度退耕还林作业设计为例,从设计理念、布局与区划、树种及林分配置、种苗及造林技术、施工组织等方面,对新一轮退耕还林精准化作业设计进行实践探讨,共设计3种林分模式、9个造林树种和5个年度的施工组织管理,建立了矢量化数据库系统。目的在于增强政策衔接性,提高设计施工的精准化程度,保障工程质量和建设成效。

With the operation design for 2014 land conversion project in Hanbin as the case,some accurate design measures like concept innovation,layout and regulation,species selection and stand configuration,seedling production and afforestation techniques,and work organization were discussed.Three afforestation models,nine species,five annual implementation management and data basis were developed.
