凝血功能指标与婴幼儿血管瘤的相关性分析

Correlation analysis of heamostatic function index and infantile hemangioma

目的探讨凝血功能指标与婴幼儿血管瘤之间的相关性。方法用ACL-9000全自动血凝仪检测313例婴幼儿血管瘤患儿及266例正常儿童外周血凝血四项:凝血酶原时间(PT)、活化部分凝血活酶时间(APTT)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、凝血酶时间(TT)。结果血管瘤组APTT较对照组明显升高(P<0.05),FIB较对照组明显下降(P<0.05),具有统计学意义。结论凝血功能指标异常在婴幼儿血管瘤患儿中发生的概率较高,可为血管瘤患儿的病情监测和预后提供参考。

Objective To investigate the correlation of heamostatie function index with infantile hemangioma. Methods We used Beckmann ACL-9000 automatic coagulometer freezing method to determine conventional blood function： prothrombin time（PT） , activated partial thromboplastin time （APTF） , fibrinogen （F/B） ,thrombin time（TT） of 266 normal controls, and 313 cases of hemangioma. Results The levels of FIB in patients with hemangioma were lower than those of the normal control group （ P〈0. 05 ）, but APTT were increased （ P〈0. 05 ） ; However, the result of PT and TI＂ level between majority of hemangioma patient and the normal control group had no significant differences（P〉0.05 ）. Conclusion Abnormal condition of haemostatic function in he-mangioma patient were higher than normal controls, which can provide reference for the condition monitoring and prognosis of children with hemangioma.
