血管瘤是儿童常见血管增生性良性肿瘤,好发于皮肤及皮下组织。为进一步研究血管瘤的发病机制及相关临床实验,国内外学者构建了大量的皮肤型血管瘤模型,包括细胞移植、组织移植及基因构建。本文就不同血管瘤模型的研究进展进行综述。

Hemangioma is a common benign tumor with vascular proliferation in children. It has a preference for found in the skin and subcutaneous tissue. For clinical trials and further study the pathogenesis of hemangioma, a large number of skin hemangioma models have been built in the domestic and foreign scholars, which including cell transplantation, tissue transplantation and gene construction. This article reviews the research progress of different hemangioma model.
