华佗再造丸治疗缺血性中风急性期临床疗效观察

Clinical Observation on 40 Cases of Acute Ischemic Stroke Treated with Huatuo Zaizao Pill

目的:探讨华佗再造丸对缺血性中风急性期患者炎性细胞因子-10(IL-10)、血清超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及神经功能缺损评分(NIHSS)、中风病类诊断评分及中医症候改善率的影响,评价其临床疗效。方法:缺血性中风急性期患者88例随机分为治疗组与对照组各44例,脱落9例,对照组予缺血性脑卒中规范化治疗,治疗组在此基础上加用华佗再造丸,疗程均1个月,2组患者都观察IL-10、SOD及NIHSS评分、中风病类诊断评分及中医症候改善率的变化。结果:2组治疗后IL-10水平均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后治疗组IL-10水平低于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后SOD水平均升高(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P>0.05),治疗后治疗组血清SOD水平高于对照组(P<0.01);2组治疗后NIHSS评分均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗后2组患者NIHSS评分均显著降低(P<0.01),治疗组评分明显低于对照组(P<0.01);治疗组中医症状改善有效率87.5%,对照组中医症状改善有效率为66.6%,治疗组疗效优于对照组(P<0.05);2组治疗后中风病类诊断评分均降低(治疗组P<0.01,对照组P<0.05),治疗后治疗组中风病类诊断评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:对于缺血性中风急性期患者,在常规治疗基础上加用华佗再造丸治疗可收到较好的效果。

Objective： To explore the effect of Huatuo Zaizao pill on IL-10, Serum SOD, NIHSS score, traditional Chinese medicine syndrome improvement rate and diagnostic score classification of stroke in patients with acute cerebral infarction and evaluate the effect of treatment. Methods： 88 cases with acute ischemic stroke were randomly divided into two groups, while 9cases was dropped. The patients in control group were treated with standard treatment of ischemic stroke. The treatment group was treated with Huatuo Zaizao pills, both groups were treated for one month. The changes of IL-10, SOD, NIHSS score, stroke diagnosis score and improvement rate of TCM symptoms were observed in both groups. The levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly lower than those in the control group （P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the levels of IL-10 in the treatment group were significantly higher than those in the control group （P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly lower than those of the control group （P 〈0.01）. After treatment, the NIHSS scores of the two groups were significantly higher than those of the control group （P 〈0.01）. In the treatment group, the improvement rate of TCM symptoms was 87.5%, while that of the control group was 66.6%. The curative effect of the treatment group was better than that of the control group （P 〈0.01, P 〈0.05）. After treatment, the score of stroke in the treatment group was lower than that in the control group （P 〈0.05）. The score of the treatment group was lower than that of the control group （P 〈0.01）. Conclusion： In the acute stage of ischemic stroke patients, adding Hua Tuo Zaizao Pills on the basis of conventional treatment can receive better results.
