The present situation of China's phosphate fertilizer industry is analyzed Some measures should be taken including adjusting product structure, improving quality, technological innovation, strengthening management, quickening enterprise reform, and promoting modernization of fertilizer circulation in order to raise compe titive ability of China's phosphoric compound fertilizers and cope with the new situation after WTO entry
