正面碰撞耐撞性的波形评价研究及相关性分析 被引量:2

摘要 以美国国家公路交通安全管理局正面碰撞部分波形数据为基础,整理和求解结构耐撞性波形,并结合假人伤害指标与波形评价指标的相关性进行分析。研究表明:最大加速度与假人伤害无相关性,无法有效评价碰撞波形;有效加速度、乘员载荷准则和等效双梯形波能够有效评价正面碰撞结构耐撞性的波形,并可作为车型开发的结构耐撞性重要评价指标;有效加速度和乘员载荷准则与假人的胸部加速度有低度相关性,与假人胸部压缩量无相关性;等效双梯形波、有效加速度和乘员载荷准则与车体回弹时刻有高度相关性。 Based on the front impact test data of National Highway Traffic Safety Administra- tion (NHTSA) , the front crashworthiness pulses are organized and calculated. And the correlation be- tween dummy injuries and pulse evaluation criteria are studied. The study shows that the maximum ac- celeration can not evaluate the crash acceleration pulse effectively and there is no correlation between maximun acceleration and dummy injuries. Effective acceleration (EA), occupant load criterion (OLC) and equivalent dual- trapezia wave (EDTW) can evaluate the front impact pulse effectively. They can be used as important evaluation criteria of the crashworthiness for the vehicle development. There is a low degree of correlation between the effective acceleration and occupant load criterion and dummy chest 3ms acceleration. There is no correlation between the effective acceleration and occupant load criterion and dummy chest deflection. There is a high degree of correlation between the vehicle re- bound time and equivalent dual -trapezia wave, effective acceleration and occupant load criterion.
