从生产中实际四轮定位问题出发,运用尺寸分析软件对该车的典型麦弗逊式前悬架建模,以定位参数为计算目标函数,分析所有可能的影响部件和尺寸链中相关的每一个尺寸和装配,找到解决问题可行途径,也为今后的开发设计提供参考。

Depending on the wheel alignment problem of our company, the GD＆T tool is used to analyze the front Macpherson suspension of the vehicle. Taking the wheel alignment parameters as objective function, the dimension chain and assembly is analyzed, and the root cause and method to solve is found. Reference is provided for the future R＆D.
