摘要 应用CFD方法,对某汽车空调除霜风道进行稳态仿真分析,并根据仿真结果对除霜风道和出风格栅给出优化方向和建议。稳态仿真结果表明,4个出风口流量分布不均匀,前窗以及侧窗玻璃上的速度分布也不均匀,均不满足设计要求。针对上述问题,通过优化风道和前除霜格栅结构,改善了各出风口的风量分配和吹风方向,进而提高了汽车空调的除霜性能。 CFD method is used to study steady state air flow of a vehicle air conditioning defrost duct. From the simulation results it can be given the optimization directions and suggestions for the defrost duct and the air outlet grille. Steady state simulation results show that flow distribution of four outlets is not uniform and the front window and the side window speed distribution is not uniform. The results do not meet the design requirements. In view of the above problems, the air flow distribution and the blowing direction of each outlet and the performance of the air conditioner of the automo- bile is improved through optimizing the structure of the defrost duct and front defrost grids.
