摘要
基于虚拟现实技术,提出了一种汽车尺寸偏差的可视化方法,并对该方法的应用过程进行了详细说明。通过此方法,可以模拟并展示整车高风险匹配区域的实际表现状态,为前期造型方案的平衡和选择提供决策依据。与传统的实物模型相比,该方法具有开发周期短、展示区域丰富多样等优点,从而降低了开发成本,提高了设计效率。
A visible method to lay out dimensional variation of automotive production is presented which is based on virtual reality technology. With the method, the actual performance status of vehicle high risk matching area is simulated, which provides decision for profaee project. Compared with traditional physical model, this method has the advantage of short development cycle, rich and varied display area. And cost is reduced and efficiency is improved.
