摘要 为了提高钛/钢复合板对焊接头性能,选择3种工艺方案进行焊接试验,采用金相显微组织分析、显微硬度和焊缝背弯试验,研究了钛/钢复合板对接焊缝组织特征、显微硬度分布及焊缝背弯性能。结果表明,工艺方案3成功实现了薄覆层钛/钢复合板对焊连接,焊接接头背弯角度可达100°,拉伸面完好,焊缝性能达到项目预期指标要求。钛覆层搭接焊质量严重影响复合板对焊接头全壁厚背弯性能。钛焊缝区显微组织为锯齿状α-Ti+针状α-Ti+晶界β-Ti,热影响区组织为多形态粗大α-钛。显微硬度较高区域出现在钛焊缝熔敷金属区,硬度值达200HV10。精确控制熔深、降低热输入、减小热影响区尺寸及细化晶粒,是提高钛焊缝塑韧性和安全可靠性的有效方法。 In order to enhance the performance of butt welded joint on titanium/steel composite plate and discuss reasonable process design, the microstructure character, microhardness distribution and mechanical properties of butt welds were investigated by using optical microscopy, microhardness and back bending tests. The results indicated that the process plan 3 in this paper successfully implemented butt welding of the thin coated titanium/steel composite plate, the back welding angle of butt welded joint reached 100°, the tensile surface was intact, and the performance of the weld met the expected requirements of the project. The overlap welding quality of titanium clad seriously affected the back welding performance of full-thickness samples on welded joint. The microstructure of TA1 welded joint was consisted of jagged α-Ti, acicular α-Ti and grain boundary β-Ti, and polymorphic coarse α-Ti existed in the HAZ. The high hardness region of titanium clad appeared in the deposited weld area, the hardness was 200HV10. Therefore, it is an important method of precise control depth of fusion, lower heat input, reduce the size of HAZ and grain refinement to improve the toughness and security of the titanium weld.
