摘要
为保证钻井安全生产,采用力学性能试验、金相显微组织分析、断口宏观和微观分析等方法,并结合现场钻机工况,对某Φ139.7 mm×10.54 mm、S135钢级钻杆管体断裂失效原因进行了分析。分析结果表明,钻杆管体各项参数符合标准要求,钻杆管体断裂属于过载断裂,主要原因是钻杆所受载荷超过钻杆管体本身抗拉能力所致。为了避免同类失效事故的发生,提出采用1 138 MPa钢级钻杆和增加管体壁厚的方案,来增加钻杆的抗拉、抗扭能力,实现钻井现场安全生产的目的。
In order to ensure drilling site safety production, it analyzed the fracture failure reason of a certain Φ139.7 mm×10.54 mm S135 steel pipe body, by adopting mechanical properties test, metallographic microstructure analysis, macro and micro fracture analysis, combined with site drilling conditions. The results showed that various parameters of the pipe body meet the requirements of the standard, the fracture of the drill pipe is overload fracture, and the main reason is that the load of the drill pipe is more than the tensile strength of the pipe body itself. In order to avoid the occurrence of the same type of failure, it put forward a scheme of adopting 1 138 MPa drill pipe and increasing tube wall thickness, to increase the tensile and torsion resistance ability of drill pipe, to achieve the purpose of drilling site safety production.
