摘要
恰其海水电站在长期运行过程中,调速器液压系统多次出现故障,对机组运行的稳定性和安全性造成了很大的影响,本文根据调速机设备出现故障后监控系统的报警信息、设备状态以及相关故障信号波形图对水电站液压故障出现的原因进行了分析,并提出了处理措施,保证了机组的安全稳定运行。
During long-term operation of Qiaqihai hydropower station, faults occurred on the governor hydraulic system repeatedly and brought a great impact on stability and security of unit operation. According to alarm information of monitoring system, device status and related fault signal oscillogram after the failure of governor equipment occurring, this paper analyzes the causes of hydropower station hydraulic failure and puts forward the handling measures to ensure the safe and stable operation of units.
