摘要 混凝土面板作为大坝防渗体系重要的组成部分,其裂缝一直被建设各方所关注,特别在高寒、干燥地区建设的面板坝,混凝土裂缝更是工程界致力于解决的难题。吉音水利枢纽工程区域属高寒高海拔区,自然环境和气候条件恶劣,为解决施工环境和自然环境等不利因素造成面板开裂的问题,以提高面板抗裂为目的,开展了防裂材料优选、配合比试验研究,通过严格施工质量管理、加强养护,有效消除了不利因素对混凝土面板的影响,值得类似工程借鉴。 Concrete face are important parts of anti-seepage system of the dam and their cracks has drawn attentions of all parties involved in the construction. Especially for the concrete face dam constructed in arctic-alpine and dry area, concrete crack is a difficult problem which the engineering sector is devoted to solving. Jiyin Hydro-junction project is located at arctic-alpine and high-ahitude area where there are harsh natural environment and climate conditions. In order to solve the eonetrete face cracking problem caused by unfavorable factors such as the construction environment and the natural environment, anti-cracking material selection and mix proportion test are conducted to improve the crack resistance of eonetrete face. Through strict construction quality management and strengthening curing, effects of adverse factors on the concrete face are eliminated and this is worth reference by similar projects.
