摘要
手扶式茶树修剪机是为丘陵山地茶园设计的一种轻小型、易操作的修剪机。在分析了整机结构和工作原理的基础上,应用UG软件对手扶式茶树修剪机进行虚拟样机创建,并对虚拟样机进行了干涉检查以及结构强度和刀片工作性能分析,保证了该修剪机的设计合理性和实物样机的制造质量。
Walking type tea plants pruning machine is a light-small and easy to operate pruning machine,designed for hilly mountain tea garden. On the basis of the analysis of the whole structure and working principle,a virtual prototype of walking type tea plants pruning machine was created by UG software. Then the interference check of the virtual prototype was carried out,the structural strength and blade performance were analyzed. It ensured the design rationality of the pruning machine and the manufacturing quality of the physical prototype.
