山东省城市居民对转基因食品的认知及购买行为研究

Study on Urban Residents' Perception on Genetically Modified Food and Purchase Behavior in Shandong Province

为了解山东省城市居民对转基因食品的公共认知程度和影响购买行为的主要因素,采取简单随机抽样的方法,对山东省18市发放600份调查问卷,运用单因素分析和Logistic回归对调查数据进行分析。结果表明:山东省城市居民对食品安全问题的关注度很高,而对转基因食品的了解水平和判断能力不高;对转基因食品的购买意愿很低,明确愿意购买转基因食品的比率为16.15%,而为幼儿期等特殊生理时期人群购买转基因食品的比例仅为3.06%。影响居民对转基因食品的购买行为的因素中:对转基因食品的安全评价、对农业科学家的信任度和学历是最重要的解释变量,对转基因食品的了解程度、年龄、性别和月收入也是重要的影响因素。

To investigate the public perception of genetically modified food（ GMF） for the urban residents in Shandong and main factors influencing their buying behavior,600 survey questionnaires were issued in 18 cities of Shandong Province. Data were analyzed using single factor analysis and Logistic regression. The results demonstrated high attention to food safety but low levels of judging GMF for residents in Shandong,existing blind obedience to a great extent. Only16. 15% of urban residents in Shandong inclined to buy GMF and merely 3. 06% inclined to buy GMF for babies. Among main factors influencing the residents＇ buying behavior of GMF,safety assessment of GMF,credibility of agricultural scientists and education background were the most important explanatory variable,with understanding of GMF,age,gender and salary also as important factors.
