A Study on Social Action of Civil Public Welfare Organizations for Enterprises—An Empirical Study Based on Civil Public Welfare Organizations in W City

作为法人行动者,民间公益组织与企业进行互动,从而换回经济资源、人力资源、技术资源,进而实现民间公益组织的公益目标。文章依据公益组织与企业的关系理论,归纳我国民间公益组织与企业的关系模式,分析不同关系模式下民间公益组织的社会行动类型,探讨提升民间公益组织行动效能的基本策略。

As corporate actors,civil public welfare organizations and enterprises interact and exchange for economic resources,human resources,technical resources,and then realize the goal of civil public welfare organizations. This paper,based on the theoryof the relationship between public organizations and enterprise,summarizes the relationship between China＇s civil public welfareorganizations and enterprises,analyzes the types of social action in different relationship patterns,and discusses the basic strategiesto improve the efficiency of action of civil public welfare organizations.
