供需协同的产业创新生态系统构建及对策研究

构建产业创新生态系统,既要激发创新主体的供给推动力,也要注意创新客体的需求拉动力。破除创新驱动力充分发挥的阻碍因素,需要政府、企业、社会、投资主体和市场环境的整体改善。供需协同的产业创新生态系统模型是涵盖需求拉动力和供给推动力的一个整体,包括最终消费者的产业外部需求拉动、组织消费者的产业内部需求拉动、政府制度的产业外部供给推动和技术开发者的产业内部供给推动等四个子系统。只有各类主体不断竞争合作完善供需协同机制,从需求侧和供给侧两方面共同发力,才能稳步构建和完善产业创新生态系统。

It needs not only to stimulate the supply driving force of industrial innovation subjects,but also to pay attention tothe demand pulling force of industrial innovation objects in order to build industrial innovative ecosystem. It also needs theoverall improvement of government,enterprises and society,investment subjects and market environment in order to get rid ofthe obstacles to the full play of the innovation driving force. Industrial innovation ecosystem model of supply and demand coordination is a system which covers the demand pulling force and the supply driving force. The system consists of four subsys-tems：industry external demand pulling of end consumers,industry internal demand pulling of organization consumers,indus-try external supply driving of government system and industry internal supply driving of technology developers. Only all kindsof subjects improve the supply and demand coordination mechanism through continuous competition and cooperation,andmake a joint effort from the two sides of demand and supply,can we build and improve the industrial innovation ecosystemsteadily.
