摘要
以[Bmim]Cl协同EDA对涤纶织物进行改性后,用角蛋白/离子液体复合物对其进行抗静电整理。结果表明,表面引入能与角蛋白发生化学键的基团(如—NH2等)为角蛋白发生化学结合提供了基础;SEM照片显示,处理后纤维表面覆盖一层连续的角蛋白薄膜;含有极性基团和较高吸湿性的连续薄膜为电荷逸散提供了路径;整理后织物的抗静电性有明显改善,织物的静电压峰值明显降低,半衰期由对比样的186.690 s下降到2.275 s。
Keratin/ionic liquid(IL) complex is used for polyester(PET) fabric antistatic finishing, which was modified by 1-butyl-3-methylimidazoles chloride([BMIM]Cl) and ethylenediamine(EDA). The results show that the groups(—NH2) combing with keratin forming chemical bonds are introduced on surface, it provides the basis for chemical bonding between PET and keratin. SEM results show that the modified PET fiber is covered with a continuous layer of keratin films. Containing polar groups and high hygroscopicity continuous thin film provide a path for charge transfer. The antistatic properties of modified fabric has been obviously improved, the static voltage peak decreases remarkably and the half-life period reduces from 186.690 s to 2.275 s compared with control sample.
