摘要
以M2高速钢丝锥为研究对象,运用深冷技术和电解强化技术对丝锥进行处理。探究深冷加钝化、深冷、钝化和未处理四种工艺下,丝锥在速度为240、320、380r/min时的使用寿命,试验发现经过深冷与钝化双重处理的丝锥比未处理的丝锥使用寿命提高3倍以上,只经过深冷处理的丝锥可提高1.5-3倍;攻丝速度对只钝化处理的丝锥影响较大,速度越高钝化效果越不明显。对微观形貌进行分析后发现二次弥散型碳化物的出现和刃口型式的改变是提高丝锥使用寿命的主要原因。
Taking M2 HSS taps for study,using cryogenic technology and strengthening electrolysis technology to process the tap. Explore the tap's service life under cryogenic and passivation,cryogenic,passivation and untreated in the speed of 240,320,and 380 r / min. It has been found that the tap' s service life increase 3 times than usual after cryogenic and passivation treatment,however,the tap can increase 1. 5-3 times after cryogenic treatment; the taps only have been passivation treatment is larger effect by tapping speed,the higher tapping speed the lower passivation effect. Analysis of micro morphology found that the appearance of dispersed carbide and edge type change is the main reason to increase the service life of the tap.
