摘要
建立圆管滚切运动滚轴和滚刃极径轨迹方程,基于MATLAB软件对其进行仿真分析,提出了滚切模板设计依据和圆管滚断初始角的概念,实现了程序自动计算和判别,得出了滚刀公转角速度的控制规律,分析了影响圆管滚切参数间的相互关系和滚切装置设计应用方面存在的问题。
The polar radius trajectory equations of the rotary cutting circular tube are established and simulated based on MATLAB software. Design criterion of the hob shaft template and conception of the initial rolling angle are proposed,and the automatic calculation and discrimination in MATLAB program are realized. Another,the control rule of hob orbital angular velocity is attained. The influence between different parameters is analyzed and some problems on design and application of rotary cutting device are also studied.
