摘要
平面度误差的数据采集要求严格、耗时耗力,数据处理复杂。本文设计了一种检测系统,采用机械装置驱动百分表(或千分表)自动采集数据,基于Labview软件平台进行数据处理;最终快速得出利用最小区域法、最小二乘法和近似法分别评判的平面度误差,并可将测得数据和处理结果进行存储和调用。
It is hard and time-consuming to collect the data of flatness error. What is more,the data is complex to analyze. A detection system will solve these problems above. This system collect the data automatically through dial indicator( or gauge) driven by mechanical devices. Then collected data will be analyzed on a software platform which is based on Labview. Finally,flatness error will be produced separately by different methods which conclude minimum zone method,least square method and approximate method. And the results could be stored and cited.
