摘要
目的观察高原高寒环境对大鼠胃黏膜及大鼠血清和胃黏膜组织中NO表达的影响。方法 SD雄性大鼠43只,随机分成高原环境组、高原高寒环境组与对照组,观察胃黏膜变化并测定大鼠血清和胃黏膜组织中NO表达水平。结果高原环境组与高原高寒环境组大鼠胃黏膜产生不同程度的损伤,与对照组比大鼠血清胃黏膜组织中NO表达水平比较均有显著差异(P<0.01),高原高寒环境组与高原环境组大鼠血清和胃黏膜组织中NO表达水平比较也有显著差异(P<0.01)。结论高原高寒环境对大鼠血清和胃黏膜组织中NO含量有显著影响。
Objective To observe the influence of plateau and cold environment on the gastric mucosa and the NO expression in serum and gastric tissue of rats. Methods A total of 43 SD male rats were randomly divided into plateau environment group,cold and plateau environment group and control group. The change of gastric mucosa and NO expression in serum and gastric tissue of rats were observed. Results The rats in plateau environment group and cold and plateau environment group had different degrees of gastric mucosal injury. Compared with control group,There were significant differences in expression levels of NO in serum and gastric tissue in three groups( P〈0. 01),and there was significant difference in expression levels of NO in serum and gastric tissue between cold and plateau environment group and plateau environment group( P〈0. 01). Conclusion The cold and plateau environment has significant effect on the content of NO in serum and gastric tissue in rats.
