阿司匹林联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者血清hs-CRP、FIB、MDA、SOD及CAT表达水平的影响 被引量:18

摘要 目的观察阿司匹林联合奥扎格雷钠对急性脑梗死患者血清超敏C反应蛋白(hs-CRP)、纤维蛋白原(FIB)、丙二醛(MDA)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)及过氧化氢酶(CAT)表达水平的影响。方法将脑梗死急性发作患者107例随机分为对照组54例和观察组53例,对照组给予阿司匹林,观察组给予阿司匹林联合奥扎格雷钠。对比2组治疗前后血清hs-CRP、FIB、MDA、SOD和CAT表达水平,运用美国国立卫生研究院卒中量表(NIHSS)评分和日常生活能力表Barthel指数(BI)评估2组神经功能缺损程度改善情况。结果治疗后14 d,2组hs-CRP、FIB和MDA水平下降,SOD和CAT水平较治疗前上升(P<0.05或P<0.01),且观察组hs-CRP、FIB和MDA水平显著低于对照组(P<0.01),SOD、CAT水平显著高于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后1个月,2组NHISS评分较治疗前下降(P<0.05),BI指数较治疗前上升(P<0.05),且观察组改善显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论阿司匹林联合奥扎格雷钠能有效改善急性脑梗死患者氧自由基和抗氧化系统间平衡,减轻脑细胞损伤,恢复受损的神经功能。 Objective To observe the influence of aspirin combined with sodium ozagrel on serum expression of high-sensitivity C-reactive protein( hs-CRP),fibrinogen( FIB),malondialdehyde( MDA),superoxide dismutase( SOD) and catalase( CAT) in patients with acute cerebral infarction( ACI). Methods A total of 107 patients with ACI were randomly divided into control group( n = 54) and observation group( n = 53). Control group was treated with aspirin while observation group was treated with aspirin combined with sodium ozagrel. Levels of serum hs-CRP,FIB,MDA,SOD and CAT were compared between two groups before and after treatment,and national institutes of health stroke scale( NIHSS) and Barthel index( BI) of activity of daily living scale were used to evaluate the improvement of neurological deficit in both groups. Results Levels of hs-CRP,FIB and MDA decreased significantly while those of SOD and CAT increased significantly 14 days after treatment than treatment before( P〈0. 05 or P〈0. 01),and observation group was significantly lower in the levels of hs-CRP,FIB and MDA( P〈0. 05) but significantly higher in the levels of SOD and CAT than control group( P〈0. 05). One month after treatment,NIHSS score decreased significantly while BI indexes increased significantly in both groups than treatment before( P〈0. 05),which were significantly better in observation group than those in control group( P〈0. 05). Conclusion Aspirin combined with sodium ozagrel can effectively improve the balance between oxygen free radicalsand anti- oxidative system,reduce damage of brain cells,and recover the damaged neurological function of patients with ACI.
