恶性肿瘤并发脑梗死患者的临床特点及相关危险因素分析 被引量:4

摘要 目前脑血管疾病已是中国第一致残和致死的疾病,其中68~80%为急性脑梗死[1]。急性脑梗死的病因复杂多样,传统高危因素多为高血压、高血脂、糖尿病等,而近年来恶性肿瘤并发引起的脑梗死的报道越来越多[2]。肿瘤会破坏器官的正常功能和影响体内环境的稳定性,而肿瘤治疗所采用的放疗化疗药物和手术也会对机体产生重大影响。
