维持性腹膜透析患者微炎症状态的研究 被引量:9

摘要 腹膜透析(PD)因其保护残余肾功能、血流动力学相对稳定、操作简便等优点在临床上应用越来越广泛。但PD患者普遍存在的微炎症状态,其发生率在70%以上[1],持续的微炎症状态可引起动脉粥样硬化、心肌肥厚及心力衰竭、蛋白质能量消耗等病理生理改变[2-3]。故微炎症状态与PD患者的心血管事件发生率、死亡率密切相关,已成为影响PD患者预后的重要因素[4-5]。
