摘要
中国科学院强磁场科学中心于2011年建成了一套大型Nb_3Sn CICC(管状电缆导体)型超导磁体热处理炉系统,并利用该系统成功完成了40T级稳态混合磁体装置外超导磁体中所有Nb_3Sn CICC型超导子线圈的热处理工作。文中将详细地介绍该热处理炉系统的主要性能参数以及其主要部件的设计。
A heat treatment furnace system for the large Nb3 Sn CICC ( cable - in - conduit conductor) type superconducting magnet had was built in 2011 and installed in the High Magnetic Field Laboratory, Chinese Academy of Sciences (CHMFL). At present, all Nb3 Sn CICC type superconducting sub - coils of the superconducting outsert for 40T hybrid magnet were successfully performed heat treatment by this system. In this paper, main performance parameters of the heat treatment furnace system were introduced. Meanwhile, the design of its main components is going to be reported in detail, too.
