增韧PA/PPO合金的制备技术 被引量:6

摘要 在一定比例的聚苯醚(PPO)、尼龙66(PA66)、尼龙6(PA6)以及自制的增容剂CR-1体系中加入增韧剂gPOE、g-SEBS,经双螺杆挤出机共混挤出制备增韧PA/PPO合金。考察了增韧剂的种类和用量对PA/PPO合金的断裂伸长率、强度、韧性等力学性能以及热性能的影响。结果表明,当PPO用量为30 phr、PA66为65 phr、PA6为5 phr、CR-1为10 phr、增韧剂总用量为7 phr时,g-POE单独使用具有更好的增韧效果;g-SEBS能够使合金中PA的结晶温度升高;g-POE和g-SEBS的用量分别按2、5 phr复配时,合金的拉伸强度最低、断裂伸长率达到最高。 The toughening agents g-POE and g-SEBS were added to the basic material that was composed of polyphenylene oxide (PPO) , nylon66 (PA66) , nylon6 ( PA6 ) and homemade eompatibilizer CR-1 with a certain ratio. Then the mixture was extruded by twin-screw extruder to prepare toughened PA/PPO alloy. Elongation at break, strength, toughness and thermal properties of the alloy were studied, and the test results were as follows. When the ratio ofPPO, PA66, PA6, CR-1 and g-POE was 30 phr, 65 phr, 5 phr, 10 phr and 7phr respectively, the alloy would possess better toughness, g-SEBS was good for crystal temperature of PA. And the alloy would possess lower tensile strength and better elongation at break when g-POE and g-SEBS were used with the ration of 2phr and 5 phr instead of using pure toughening agent g-POE.
