摘要 注塑制品的重量重复精度是衡量注塑制品质量精度及评价注塑机性能指标的重要技术指标。文章基于统计过程误差理论确定了适应于注射重量重复精度的理论计算方法,并在实验的基础上得到了验证。同时通过更改影响熔体密度的主要工艺参数——温度和注射压力进行注射重量对比实验,确定了影响注射重量的主要工艺参数,提出了通过在线控制注射重量来提高注射重量重复精度的理论方法。 The weight repeatability precision of injection products was an important technical index to measure the quality of injection products and evaluate the performance of injection molding machine. In this paper, based on the statistical process error theory, the theoretical calculation method of the weight repeatability precision of the injection products was determined, and it also has been verified by experiments. In experiments by changing the main process parameters - temperature and injection pressure, which affected the melt density, the main process parameters affecting the injection weigh have been determined, and the methods to improve the weight repeatability precision of injection produetsby online control of injection weight have been proposed.
