用PODE3-4煤基燃料改善汽油/柴油宽馏分燃料的燃烧与排放特性 被引量:3

摘要 研究中向汽油/柴油宽馏分燃料(WGD50)中添加体积分数为109/5~30%的PODE3-4配制成汽油/柴油/PODE3-4宽馏分燃料,在一台直喷柴油机上进行了燃烧与排放特性的试验研究。研究结果表明:向宽馏分燃料中添加PODE3-4能显著缩短滞燃期,使低负荷时宽馏分燃料的燃烧效率提高,循环波动降低;中高负荷时,添加PODE3-4能够降低宽馏分燃料的压升率和NOI排放,且保持较低的碳烟排放。 10%-30 % PODE34 was added into gasoline/diesel WDF (WGD50) to make gasoline/diesel/ PODE3-4 WDF, the combustion and emissions characteristics were tested on a direct-injection diesel engine. The results show that adding PODE3-4 significantly reduces the ignition delay of WDF, improving the combustion efficiency at low loads and thus reducing the coefficient of Indicated Mean Effective Pressure (COVIMEP) variation. At mediumand high load, adding PODE3-4 reduces the Max Pressure Rise Rate (MPRR) and NOx emissions with low soot emissions.
