摘要
试验研究了中国市场的93#汽油、M15(甲醇体积分数15%)甲醇汽油和M100(甲醇体积分数100%)甲醇燃料对发动机进气系统沉积物(IVD)、燃烧室沉积物(CCD)及润滑油性能的影响。在一款非产品化的进气道喷射(PFI)甲醇汽油机上进行试验研究,按照设计的循环工况运行100h耐久试验,收集IVD和CCD进行拍照和称重,并收集30、60和100h的润滑油样品进行主要成分及特性的检测分析。试验结果表明:与93#汽油相比,M15生成的IVD和CCD分别降低了45.7%和23.3%,而M100几乎不生成沉积物;使用过的润滑油中几乎无甲醇残留;甲醇汽油对润滑油的黏度和酸碱值无明显影响,但会使发动机的腐蚀和磨损加剧,润滑油中Fe、Cu、Al等金属元素含量增多。
An experimental study on intake valve deposit(IVD) and combustion chamber deposit(CCD) of gasoline engine was conducted with 93 # gasoline, M15 methanol gasoline and M100 methanol fuel from Chinese market. Durability tests of 100-hour were carried out on a kind of experimental port fuel injection (PFI) engine according to a designed cycle. IVD and CCD were collected, photographed and weighed. Lubricants at 30 hours, 60 hours and 100 hours were sampled, and their main components and characteristics were analyzed. The test results show that compared with 93~ gasoline, M15 can reduce IVD and CCD by 45.7% and 23.3~/oo respectively, and M100 gives little potential for the formation of deposits. There is almost no methanol found in used lubricant. Methanol gasoline has a little influence on lubricant viscosity and acid/ base number, but can make engine wear and corrosion more serious, and increase iron, copper, aluminum contents in lubricant.
