中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值与心血管疾病的相关性

近年来大量研究都揭示了炎症在心血管疾病的发生、发展中起重要作用。中性粒细胞/淋巴细胞比值(NLR)是一种新型的炎症标志物,其检测价格低廉且易获得。NLR不仅与稳定型冠状动脉疾病和急性冠脉综合征的不良预后相关,也与急性心力衰竭的预后密切相关。本文就NLR与心血管疾病的相关性作一综述。

In recent years, lots of studies indicated that inflammation plays an important role in occurrence and development of cardiovascular diseases. Neutrophil to lymphocyte ratio （NLR） is a novel inflammatory marker, the cost of detection is low and it＇s easy to obtain. NLR is not only related with poor prognosis of stable coronary artery disease and acute coronary syndrome, but also closely associated with prognosis of acute heart failure. The present article made a review on the correlation between NLR and cardiovascular diseases.
