摘要
目的探讨帕金森病(PD)认知功能障碍及遗传易感性的关系。方法收集我院2012年2月至2015年2月入院的200PD患者及65例同年龄健康人,PD患者按认知功能障碍程度分为PD痴呆组(PD-D)、PD轻度认知功能障碍组(PD-MCI)、PD无认知功能障碍组(PD-NC)三组,同年龄健康人作为对照组。比较PD患者认知功能障碍情况及四组患者遗传易感基因表达情况等。结果在200例确诊PD患者中,PD-NC42例,占21%;PD-MCI76例,占38%;PD-D82例,占41%。PD-D组患者MAPT、GBA及BDNF基因表达显著者显著性高于PD-MCI、PD-NC及对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01);PD-MCI组患者MAPT、GBA及BDNF基因表达显著者显著性高于PD-NC及对照组患者,存在显著性差异,具有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论 PD患者多数存在认知功能障碍;MAPT、GBA及BDNF等基因的过度表达与认知功能下降或障碍具有一定相关性。
objective To explore the relationship between cognitive dysfunction and genetic susceptibility in patients with Parkinson5 disease (PD). Method Collected in our hospital in 2012 February to 2015 was admitted to hospital in February 200PD patients and 65 cases of healthy persons in the same age and PD patients according to the degree of cognitive impairment, divided into PD dementia (PD -D) , PD mild cognitive impairment (pd -mci group) , PD with-out cognitive impairment group (pd - nc) three groups, with age and health health people as control group. To compare the cognitive function and the expression of genetic susceptibility genes in four groups of patients with PD. Result In 200 cases of confirmed PD, PD -NC42 cases, accounting for 21% ; PD - MCI76 cases, accounting for 38% ; PD - D82 cases, accounting for 41%. PD -D groups MAPT, GBA and BDNF gene expression was significantly higher than pd- mci, pd -nc and patients in the control group, there was a significant difference, with statistical significance (P 〈 0.01 ) ; pd - mci groups MAPT, GBA and BDNF gene expression was significantly higher than pd - nc and patients in the control group, there was a significant difference, with statistical significance ( P 〈 0.01 ). Conclusion The majority of PD patients have cognitive dysfunction, and the over expression of MAPT, GBA and BDNF genes is associ- ated with cognitive decline or dysfunction.
