摘要
沙棘(Hippophae rhamnoides L.)油富含100多种对人体有益的生物活性物质,但沙棘果肉与种子的含油量均较低,所以提高沙棘含油量的遗传改良一直是沙棘育种的目标。利用微量提取法分别测定了1个沙棘半家系和2个沙棘品种果实不同成熟期的果肉含油量。结果表明,BHi727115半家系不同F1代个体间干果肉含油量存在显著差异,介于12.64%~26.94%,平均值为20.15%(n=59);BHi72715和BHi72782品种的干果肉含油量分别介于21.08%~25.09%与20.43%~25.72%;在果实不同成熟期,果肉含油量变化在不同品种间存在明显差异。首次分析了沙棘半家系果肉含油量的变异,可为沙棘育种提供科学依据;不同成熟期的研究结果则可为沙棘果实的采收与加工利用提供参考。
Sea buckthorn(Hippophae rhamnoides L.) oil contains more than 100 bioactive compounds good for human health,but oil content is low in seeds and pulp. Genetic improvement for increasing oil content is an important goal of sea buckthorn breeding. The oil in sea buckthorn berry of one half-sib family and two cultivars at different ripe stages was extracted by micro-extraction to test oil content. The results showed there are significant differences in oil content of dry-pulp among different F1 individuals of BHi727115 half-sib family, ranging from 12.64% to 26.94%, with a mean value of 20.15%(n=59).There was no significant difference in oil content of dry-pulp in different berry ripe stages of the two cultivars BHi72715 and BHi72782, which ranging from 21.08% to 25.09% and 20.43% to 25.72%,respectively. The data firstly present the change of oil content in berry pulp of sea buckthorn half-sib family, provide scientific basis for sea buckthorn breeding. Moreover, data for different ripe time may provide index for harvest and processing of sea buckthorn berries.
