酸枣浸膏挥发性成分分析及在卷烟加香中的应用

Analysis of Volatile Components in Concrete of Wild Jujube and Application in Cigarette-flavoring

为开发新型天然烟用香料,采用乙醇加热回流酸枣[Ziziphus jujuba Mill.var.spinosa(Bunge)Hu ex H.F.Chow.]果肉制备浸膏,同时蒸馏萃取法提取浸膏中的挥发性成分,GC/MS法进行分离鉴定,并应用于卷烟加香。结果表明,1乙醇加热回流制备酸枣浸膏得率为2.80%;2从酸枣浸膏中鉴定出69种挥发性成分,主要为有机酸、醇类、醛酮类、酯类等。其中,含量较高的成分主要有糠醛(2.88%)、月桂酸(13.00%)、肉豆蔻酸(6.40%)、十六碳烯醇(11.45%)、棕榈酸(10.54%)、反式-9-十六烯酸(反油酸)(28.16%)、顺-6-十八碳烯酸(2.89%)和亚油酸(1.36%)等;3将该浸膏用于卷烟加香能够明显使烟香丰满,刺激性减小,吸味醇和并能改善余味。

In order to develop a new natural tobacco flover,the volatile compounds were extracted by SDE methods in wild jujube concrete which obtained by ethand-extracting,and analyzed by GC / MS. Then applied in cigarette flavoring. The results showed that：1The concrete obtained by using ethanol-extracting method was 2.80%;269 volatile constituents were identifyied in wild jujube concrete which were mainly organic acid, alcohols,carbonyls and esters etc. The contents of Furfural（2.88%）,Dodecanoic acid（13.00%）,Tetradecanoic acid（6.40%）,Z-11-Pentadecenol（11.45%）,n-Hexadecanoic acid（10.54%）,cis-9-Hexadecenoic acid（28.16%）,6-Octadecenoic acid（2.89%） were more than other volatile compounds. 3The aroma quality and intensity of cigarette were improved, irritation was reduced and aftertaste was modified when the wild jujube conerete was used in cigarette fiavoring.
