摘要
基于当前光伏发电扶贫项目的政策机遇,论述了光伏扶贫的战略意义,并对光伏发电项目发展中遇到的困难和问题进行了分析,提出了光伏扶贫的推广应用措施,以期倡导大力发挥好光伏扶贫的生态效益和经济效益。
Based on the current policy opportunities in poverty alleviation projects by photovoltaic energy,the strategic significance of poverty alleviation by photovoltaic energy was discussed, and the difficulties and problems in the development of photovoltaic power generation project were analyzed,accordingly the popularization measures of poverty alleviation by photovoltaic energy were proposed,to advocate for bringing into full play the ecological and economic benefits of the poverty alleviation by photovoltaic energy.
