摘要 目的:探讨肿瘤科护士层级培训的方法并观察其效果,提高护士的专业水平和能力,使其在各自的工作岗位更好地履行其职责,提升护理服务水平,确保优质护理服务做到实处。方法:实施层级培训的方法,按照在科工作时间分为3个层次,即0~5年,6~10年,10年以上。并根据各层级护士的具体情况由护士长和教学组长共同制定了详细、针对性的培训计划,包括专科知识和技能、新业务和新技术、护理教学、科研和管理。每层级安排一位高年资护士为负责人,每个层级每月自行安排多媒体讲课和技能操作1次,并且要求高层级护士培训时低层级护士必须参加。除了各层级培训外,每月再安排科室骨干进行1次全体护士大讲课的培训。每季度各层级护士进行理论和操作考核以检验培训效果。结果:按需层级培训后,护士的专科知识和技能、护理质量各项评分高于培训前(P〈0.05),医师、患者满意度均高于培训前(P〈0.05)。结论:规范化层级培训达到了全员培训、分层级考核的目的;通过层级培训,提升了护士的责任感和自我价值,加强了基础护理,提高了操作技能水平,学习了护理的先进理念和先进技术,时刻保持与时俱进;同时提高了整个科室护理队伍的综合素质水平,更好的为患者服务。 Objective:To explore the training methods of nurses by different levels in the oncology department and to observe the effect of these methods so that to improve the professional level and ability of nurses,helping them perform their duties better and improve the nursing services to ensure quality of nursing services. Methods:The training methods in accordance with different levels were applied in this exploration. The nurses were divided into three levels in accordance with the division of work time,namely 0 to 5 years,6 to 10 years and more than 10 years. Detailed and specific training programs,including specialist knowledge and skills,new business and new technologies,nursing teaching,research and management,were developed by the head nurse and leader of the teaching team according to the specific situation of nurses at different levels. Arrange a senior nurse for the person in charge at each level. Mul-timedia lectures and skills operation were held once a month at each level and nurses at lower level should participate in the high - level nurses training. In addition to all levels of training,a monthly large lectures for backbone of departments was arranged. Theoretical and operational assessment should be con-ducted every quarter to evaluate the effect of training. Results:After the training according to different levels,the scores of nurses’professional knowledge and skills and nursing quality were higher than those before training(P 〈 0. 05). The satisfactions of both doctors and patients were higher than those before training(P 〈 0. 05). Conclusion:The standardized training at different levels has achieved the purpose of full training and hierarchical assessment. Through the hierarchical training,the nurses’sense of responsibility and self - value have been improved. The basic nursing and operation skills of nurses have been improved too. They learn advanced concept and technology to keep pace with the times. At the same time it can improve the overall quality of the nursing departments so that they can provide better services for patients.
