培训清单加情景模拟在新助产士临床能力培养中的应用

Application of training list and scenario simulation in the cultivation of new midwives' clinical ability

目的：探讨培训清单加情景模拟新助产士临床能力培养的效果。方法：选择2015年1月~2016年5月新进产房的助产士,实行培训清单加情景模拟训练的培养方法。结果：实施培训清单加情景模拟训练后助产士的独立值班时间、专业理论成绩、操作考核成绩、会阴侧切率、产妇满意度均在中上水平。结论：通过培训清单加情景模拟实战训练的方法,提高了新助产士的考核成绩,提高了产妇的满意度。

Objective：To explore the effect of training list and scenario simulation on the training of new midwives’clinical ability. Methods：The new mid-wives who worked at the delivery room from January 2015 to May 2016 were selected and they were trained by the training method which combined training list and scenario simulation together. Results：After the implementation of the training list plus the scene simulation training,the independent watch - keep-ing time,professional academic performance,operation examination results,perineum lateral rate and maternal satisfaction for these new midwives were at the upper level. Conclusion：Through the training method which combined training list and scenario simulation together,the new midwifeˊs examination result is improved and the satisfaction degree of the mother is improved.
